We’re hiring a YouTube Content Associate to help manage, optimize, and grow a portfolio of Kids and Family YouTube channels that entertain millions of viewers worldwide.

Role Summary

As a YouTube Content Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of multiple YouTube channels by assembling, packaging, scheduling, and publishing content to a precise spec. You’ll ensure every video is properly set up for success — accurate metadata, on-brand thumbnails, correct formatting, and clean publishing workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a sharp eye for what good content looks like, and takes pride in executing a system with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Publishing

• Assemble and repurpose existing video content (compilations, Shorts clips) using Adobe Premiere Pro, following established format specs.

• Review and refine video titles, descriptions, and tags — including AI-generated metadata — to ensure accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices.

• Create thumbnails consistent with established brand templates and visual standards.

• Upload, schedule, and publish content through YouTube Studio and internal publishing tools.

• Ensure all published content meets brand standards and family-safe content guidelines.

Content Operation

• Handle multiple projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Follow established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings.

• Maintain strong attention to detail across all stages of content production and publishing.

• Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.

• Apply strong judgment on hooks, titles, and thumbnails to ensure content is set up to perform.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing YouTube content and channel operations.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).

• Sharp eye for what makes a compelling hook, title, and thumbnail for a family audience.

• Ability to follow and maintain a precise publishing spec consistently across multiple channels.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.

• Experience using Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content.

• Familiarity with YouTube’s Made for Kids classification and COPPA compliance.

• Some familiarity with YouTube Studio

• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
