We’re hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact client facing software development, automation,-and consulting projects for global clients, ensuring clarity, execution excellence, and on-time delivery in a fast-scaling environment.

Role Summary
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, this role is deeply involved in day-to-day execution while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes. Responsibilities include leading teams through active project phases, resolving blockers, managing risks and financials, adapting delivery approaches, and engaging directly with clients to ensure alignment and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall project design and delivery focused on achieving outcomes across multiple complex initiatives.
Act as the senior point of accountability for scope, timelines, budget, risk, and quality.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline.
Establish and enforce project governance, delivery standards, and best practices while remaining delivery-focused.
Partner closely with clients and internal leadership to set expectations, make trade-off decisions, and resolve escalations.
Provide clear direction to keep projects moving forward and teams unblocked.
Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies at a strategic level.
Oversee project financials, resource planning, and delivery forecasting to ensure commercial success.
Communicate project health, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Support continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and team performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients.
Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner.
Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes (not a PMO or reporting-only role).
Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each.
Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, risk, budget, and timelines.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work US business hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Background in automation delivery or digital transformation.
Experience in BPO, managed services, or global operations environments.
Familiarity with project financials, capacity planning, and operational scaling.

Reports to: Executive Delivery Leadership
Schedule: Fully remote, Philippines-based, aligned to US time zones.
