We’re hiring a Group Bookings Coordinator to manage inbound group reservations for a multi-site UK-based hotel group. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys coordinating complex bookings, and takes pride in delivering seamless guest experiences.

Role Summary:
As the Group Bookings Coordinator, you’ll manage end-to-end group reservation processes across multiple hotel properties. From handling inbound enquiries to coordinating availability, preparing quotes, and confirming bookings, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional customer journey. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and hotel teams, ensuring every booking is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound group booking enquiries via email and phone
• Coordinate reservations across multiple hotel properties
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
• Liaise with hotel teams to check availability and specific requirements
• Maintain and update booking systems and records accurately
• Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services where appropriate
• Ensure high standards of customer service and timely responses
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and follow-ups
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations or bookings
• Hospitality industry experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English (phone-based role)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience handling group bookings, events, or corporate reservations
• Familiarity with booking systems or Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Experience working in multi-property or multi-site environments
• Background in BPO or customer service roles
Reporting Line and Working Pattern:
• Reports to: Reservations Manager / Revenue Manager
• Fully remote, Philippines-based role
• Must have overlap with EST working hours
