We’re hiring a Quality Analyst (QA) to help uphold and continuously improve the quality of sales and client onboarding interactions. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our AI-powered Quality Intelligence platform - to deliver deeper insights, faster audits, and smarter coaching that directly impact conversion, compliance, and customer experience.
This is not a traditional “listen to calls all day” QA role.
You’ll analyze patterns, validate AI insights, uncover root causes, and turn data into performance action.
This is a fully remote, Philippines-based role, working closely with global Operations, Training, AI, and Leadership teams.
Role Summary
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of the client's sales and onboarding interactions by leveraging AI data, dashboards, and AI-generated insights.
Rather than manually reviewing a small sample of calls, you will:
Validate and calibrate AI outputs
Investigate risk, trends, and performance gaps
Translate insights into coaching, process improvements, and leadership reporting
You will serve as a Quality Intelligence Partner—balancing compliance, performance, and customer experience—while helping the client move toward 100% audit visibility through AI + human oversight.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Augmented Quality Audits
Review and validate AI-generated audit data, call scores, and behavior flags
Spot-check recordings and transcripts to confirm accuracy of AI scoring
Investigate low-scoring, high-risk, or anomaly interactions surfaced by AI
Ensure adherence to the client's compliance, sales, and onboarding standards
2. Insight & Trend Analysis
Use dashboards to identify:
Coaching gaps
Process breakdowns
Compliance risks
Conversion blockers
Track recurring defects, root causes, and behavior trends across reps, teams, and time periods
3. Performance Coaching & Enablement
Translate AI insights into clear, human-friendly coaching feedback
Partner with Team Leads, Trainers, and Ops to drive behavior change
Recommend targeted training and process improvements based on data patterns
4. Calibration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in calibration sessions to align AI + human scoring
Provide feedback to AI/Automation teams to improve accuracy
Help refine scorecards, audit logic, and behavior definitions
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Prepare weekly/monthly quality performance summaries
Highlight risks, wins, and improvement opportunities for leadership
Support client discussions with data-backed insights

Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in QA, CX, Sales Enablement, or Operations Analytics
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience reviewing sales or onboarding interactions
High attention to detail and strong written communication
Comfortable working with dashboards, data, and digital tools
Willingness to learn and work with AI-powered platforms
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in BPO, SaaS, FinTech, or Sales Operations
Familiarity with QA scorecards, call monitoring, or CRM systems
Exposure to automation, AI tools, or performance dashboards
