We’re hiring an Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain automations for an MSP-focused Automation Platform that’s transforming how managed service providers operate at scale.
If you enjoy turning complex workflows into elegant, scalable automations—and love working closely with product, support, and delivery teams—this role gives you hands-on ownership of real-world automation challenges. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based role, collaborating with global teams across time zones in a fast-moving, automation-first environment.
Role Summary

Build and maintain integrations between systems (APIs, SaaS tools, internal platforms)
Apply software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation)
Support UAT and production releases, including troubleshooting and optimisation
Share reusable components and automation patterns with the wider engineering team
Learn and apply Power Automate and n8n as part of your role
Must-Have Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of JavaScript or Python (experience with both is a plus)
Experience working with APIs, JSON, and system integrations
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to process design
Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team
Reliable personal equipment (laptop/PC, headset) and stable internet connection
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to AI / LLM tools such as GPT-based models, Gemini, or similar
Experience using or experimenting with low-code / no-code platforms
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, or basic UI concepts
Experience automating business processes (finance, operations, customer support, etc.)
Reporting Line and Working Pattern
Reports to: Head of Automation, Head of Delivery, or CTO
Fully remote, Philippines-based
Collaboration with US and global teams across time zones
Occasional support for high-priority (P1) automation incidents
