Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Social Media & Employer Branding | Remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our remote-first global team. In this role, you’ll help build and elevate our employer brand from the ground up, crafting engaging stories, launching social media platforms, and driving candidate attraction across digital channels.
You’ll partner with recruiters, designers, and hiring leaders to create a consistent and inspiring brand presence that connects with top talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to establish and grow our employer brand presence
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract and engage target audiences
- Create branded content posts, videos, blogs, graphics, and employee stories that highlight culture and career opportunities
- Partner with recruitment teams to turn hiring needs into compelling digital storytelling
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all candidate touchpoints
- Plan and manage social media calendars, track engagement, and optimize performance using analytics and insights
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and HR to ensure cohesive brand alignment
- Support career site design and optimization, job ad branding, and candidate experience initiatives
- Stay up to date on trends in social media marketing, employer branding, and digital recruiting
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or social media marketing
- Proven success in building and growing social media platforms and communities
- Strong understanding of social content creation and analytics
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and design collaboration skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or similar) preferred
- Creative, data-driven, and proactive as well as comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employer branding trends, recruitment marketing tools, and audience engagement tactics
