Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (Technical Recruitment | Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist with a passion for technical recruitment to join our remote global team. In this role, you’ll use your sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and creative outreach strategies to identify and engage top IT, engineering, product, and data talent worldwide.

You’ll be the engine behind our hiring success, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, map markets, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage top technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more
• Develop Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and leverage AI sourcing tools to uncover hidden talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and talent profiles
• Build, nurture, and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles
• Maintain data accuracy within ATS/CRM systems (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Drive diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends, market shifts, and emerging tech stacks

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Deep understanding of software engineering, data, or product development roles
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote-first environment
