UI/UX Designer (Figma + Tailwind System | Remote | Philippines)

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, functional, and scalable interfaces for an automation-driven platform that blends technology, design, and user experience to redefine how teams build and interact with digital systems.

If you’re a creative problem-solver with a systems mindset who thrives at the intersection of design and development, this role gives you the opportunity to own and evolve a unified design system that powers multiple global products. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based position where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and see your designs come to life in production.

Role Summary:

As the UI/UX Designer, you’ll take the lead in designing intuitive, high-performing interfaces that elevate usability and consistency across platforms. You’ll own Figma component libraries, design tokens, and interaction flows that align with our Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui system. Working hand-in-hand with developers, you’ll ensure every pixel, layout, and animation supports seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces and workflows in Figma, following Tailwind CSS and shadcn/uistandards.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system across multiple web applications and device sizes.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, component variants, and micro-interactions to communicate design intent.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.
• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable UI solutions.
• Deliver well-organized, developer-ready design assets and specifications (icons via Lucide/Heroicons).
• Partner with engineers to ensure design fidelity, accessibility (WCAG), and consistency throughout implementation.
• Contribute to UX strategy, design documentation, and continuous system improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience designing modern web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, variants).
• Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience designing for React/Next.js environments using Tailwind or similar utility frameworks.
• Ability to balance creative exploration with structured, scalable design systems.
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with frontend integration workflows (design tokens, Git collaboration).
• Experience with motion design tools or Lottie for animation.
• Exposure to SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or data-rich UI design.

Reporting Line and Working Pattern:

• Reports to the Head of Product Design or Engineering Lead.
• Fully remote, Philippines-based, with collaboration across global teams.
• Flexible hours, with alignment to US or EU time zones for design reviews and sprints.
