Full Stack Engineer (Remote | Philippines | US Hours)

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer with strong React expertise to design, build, and scale high-performing web applications for global clients. You’ll work across teams and technologies to deliver production-ready features, maintain UI consistency, and help shape the technical direction of our products.

Role Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end software development—designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications that balance performance, maintainability, and scalability. While your main focus will be on the frontend using React, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to backend development in Python and AWS.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on bringing ideas from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, modular, and testable code across the full stack.
• Build scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and other modern frontend technologies.
• Design backend services and APIs with Python, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure features are robust, testable, and user-friendly.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Take ownership of project delivery from development through production deployment.
• Continuously improve system performance, UX, and code quality through iteration and testing.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST API integration.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, or related technologies.
• Experience working with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong advocate of modern Python practices (async/await, type hints, pydantic, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and microservice architectures.
• Background in UI/UX optimization and performance tuning.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and version control (Git).
• Interest in learning emerging technologies and contributing to technical strategy.

• Reports to: Engineering or Technical Lead
• Fully remote, Philippines-based role
• Aligned with US business hours
• Collaborates regularly with international product and engineering teams
