Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Operations – Design and lead advanced outbound campaigns, including fingerprint avoidance (spintaxing, variable insertion, sequence randomization), mailbox rotation, copywriting, and deliverability optimization.
- Data Management – Oversee lead enrichment, validation, and compliance to ensure accurate, high-quality prospect and customer data.
- Tech Stack Ownership – Manage and optimize the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack to maintain seamless data flow, reporting accuracy, and process consistency across the customer journey.
- Process Improvement – Identify and implement process automations and best practices to enhance efficiency and conversion rates across the sales funnel.
- Campaign Management & Reporting – Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making across the GTM organization.
- Sales Enablement – Collaborate with sales leaders to create and refine playbooks, sequences, and messaging for VP+ level outreach within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a B2B enterprise sales environment.
- Proven experience supporting or selling to senior leaders (VP and above) in organizations using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on expertise with: HubSpot, Smartlead, ZeroBounce, GlockApps, HeyReach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SOC 2) in outbound sales contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience building end-to-end campaign reporting and attribution models across sales and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.
