Marketing Appointment Setter

Position Summary:
The Marketing Appointment Setter plays a critical role in the lead generation and business development process by identifying potential clients and initiating high-quality outreach efforts. This role is focused on securing appointments for the sales or marketing team by engaging prospects primarily via calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior team members; ensure proper calendar coordination.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments using Calendly.
- Follow-Up: Re-engage leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to convert; ensure consistent pipeline nurturing.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage US-based prospects with professionalism and clarity.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with tools for email marketing, calendar scheduling, and online communication (e.g., Calendly, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing high-volume outreach with minimal supervision.
- Experience in B2B outreach or client engagement in markets such as North America, Australia, or Europe is preferred.
